Three different people, different hobbies, different backgrounds and everything but the passion of being ambitious was different among themSachet Shah, Yash Chandiramani and Nikhil Rochlani (from left to right) – the three partners in crime, started off with Go Panda in 2014 after being awarded, certified, honoured, endowed and cited by different institutions , individually, for being extraordinarily good with what they were doing with their lives. They wanted to bring up an Asian QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) to Mumbai, and they did. Nikhil Rochlani, the first partner, worked as a Business Development Head at the Swiss Brainstore Systems India Pvt Ltd and during that tenure he established and ran a few Lounge Bars across Mumbai along with starting off with the “White Knight Entertainment”, later working as the Business Development Head at Estrivari Productions Pvt Ltd and Vision Motor Cars India Pvt Ltd. While in this period Sachet Shah, second partner, was completing his Masters in International Management from the University of Bath, United Kingdom after which he worked with a spirits manufacturing company engaged in selling Extra Neutral Alcohol to the bulk spirit buyers in India as well as abroad and Yash Chandiramani, the third who began at 18 as the owner of “White Knight Entertainment”, followed by winning “the best entrepreneur of the country” in the student category in 2012. Yash and Nikhil have also recently started their own Social Media agency called Hashtag Media Solutions where they look after the social media of other hospitality clients from the city.

“They had a desire and so they compelled and strived hard to get it.”

Three different people, different hobbies, different backgrounds and everything but the passion of being ambitious was different among them is a quick service Pan Asian restaurant with fine dine gourmet food at Lokhandwala, Mumbai. The food chain serves ready to take away Asian Cuisine prepared by exclusive chefs who have their experiences in various Asian Countries; the dishes include the tartness of Thailand, Laos, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

A mélange of flavors, well priced gourmet food, quick delivery and comfort decor greets the mass of the city as the all new Go Panda revolutionizes the fast food culture. Go Panda gives a warm, chirpy, effervescent feel and is truly a place to get fine-dine Pan Asian gourmet food on the run. The inlet of the place attracts eyeballs on the open kitchen as well as the comfortable high tables on the other side. It features an alfresco area with 4 community tables comfortable for a seating of 20. The designed to look effortless, flooring is sparkling textured tiles with textured ceiling and gives it a finished flawless look.

Everything on the menu is deliciously honest & will surely call for a double ordering. Go Panda’s extensive menu is heaven to all foodies around the vicinity looking for a Pan Asian experience. ‘Chef Narayan’ has hand-crafted the menu to create scrumptious combinations of dishes to satisfy ones cravings. The menu includes an interesting range of soups, Panda delights, loaded sandwiches, Pot meals, combos and deserts. Asian food lovers can indulge in a wide range of delicacies; Tom Kha Soup, Indonesian Satay, Momo’s, Pad thai noodles, Chilli oyster pot rice, Thai Jungle Curry, Burmese Khau Suey and many more variants.

Their Chef’s version of the Malaysian Korma is a favorite on the menu – probably the only place in Mumbai to enjoy the classic Asian dishes along with Indian spices. Complementing the food is the artfully done and amiably inviting decor that makes you sojourn to an alley of far-east, the very moment you step-in. Most of the dishes are liberally sauced and spiced. Keeping the vibe of the place alive, the food is great value for money and yet not shying away from quality standards. For hearty sandwich lovers there are loaded Asian sandwiches like the Sloppy Joe, Vietnamese smoke chicken, Peanut sauce s/w and the Kimchi cheese grilled.

Opening their first outlet Go Panda, Sachet, Yash and Nikhil bring invaluable know-how and experience to the brand. “We thought this is the right time to launch something like Go Panda and our vision is to be the best Pan Asian cuisine quick service restaurant. We aim at providing our customers a smart, easy-to-follow menu, consistent quality, quick delivery and seeing every customer smile”

Three different people, different hobbies, different backgrounds and everything but the passion of being ambitious was different among themTargeting the people who love to eat a variety of flavourful food and also don’t mind spending a little extra for quality food with pleasurable taste, Go Panda’s mission is to give the customers the funkiest and best quality Pan Asian food experience.  They cater to the middle class and upper region; People who can afford a 250 buck meal. Not the average customer who goes to a McDonalds. Self employed individuals, paying guests, modern day couples, the entire teenage group from 14-21, college students and families who like to eat out are the major people who we wish to target. We wish to communicate with customers who love to eat different food with immense flavor; People who do not mind spending the extra 30% on the food if the quality is consistent and tasty.

Sachet’s vision statement for Go Panda is –“There is something magical about fast food. Go Panda’s vision is to be the world’s best quick service restaurant, we aim to provide a smart, easy-to-follow menu, and fast, quality delivery and seeing every customer smile.”

Their vision: As of now in Mumbai there are only a very few successful QSR’s with such a vast menu. Maroosh, Busago, Buddha Belly (now closed) Dimsum & more, Momo’s & more, however we do not want to be on these grounds. Then there are other zillion players like Red Ninja, Silli Chilli, Wok in the Box, Noodle Play – these guys play with only one simple concept select your sauce, meat then noodle/rice. We no way wish to position ourselves like this. Think of our model as a QSR with fine dine gourmet food. I am saying this in confidence of our menu. So in layman terms a takeout/fast food/delivery king version of Mamagoto (half price though).
